Position : Junior Network Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining various servers, storage systems and data networks
• Designing networks and storage networks for consulting clients
• Performing internal and external assignments for data center design and reviews
• Performing IT security tests (VA/PT)
• Implementing IT policies
• Installing and troubleshooting computer and network hardware
• Regular update of operating systems, application software, services packs and security patches etc.
• Maintaining inventory of hardware and software.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Work in a collaborating manner with other team members

Reporting line : CTO

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Graduation in CSE/ EEE/ CS
• Other departments may also do, if the applicant possesses the required skills.

Experience Requirements:

At least 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Security Management of IT

System Job Requirements

• Expertise in Linux & Windows servers configuration and operation
• Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA); CCNP will be given preference
• 3+ years of experience in System and Network Administration
• Experience in Data center design/ management will be an added advantage
• Working experience in Security Testing specifically Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing will be given preference.
• Knowledge and skills in Nmap, OpenVAS, w3af, SQLmap, Metasploit, Nessus, etc.
